The business rooms are all large or very large. They have all been newly renovated in elegant, traditional style with pale pastel colour schemes. The large bathrooms are slick and modern, many featuring luxurious corner baths. The main hotel restaurant is the famous "Bouillabaisse" seafood restaurant where breakfast is also served. It is a dazzlingly light and elegant room with huge stained glass windows and a patterned tiled floor. Another Zurich institution is the Hummer Bar (Lobster bar) which of course also serves seafood specialities but has a more intimate atmosphere.
